How discreet is the packaging?
Plain outer packaging, and the sender on the shipping label is not us. Nothing on the outside says what is inside, and nothing on the invoice does either. Whoever takes the parcel in learns nothing.
Will it actually fit me?
Every piece adjusts across a real range rather than a single fixed length. The size guide on this page lets you check your own measurement against it before you order. If it still lands wrong, send it back.
Is this too much for someone who has never worn one?
No. That is the most common worry we hear and it is the wrong one. Worn under a collar it reads as a thin chain. Worn out, it reads as a statement. You control which, and you can start quiet.
Can I wear it every day?
Yes. The hardware is chosen to be worn, not stored. Keep it dry, wipe it down after a long night, and it holds up.

What if I change my mind?
You have 14 days from delivery. Unworn pieces go back for a refund, no explanation required. Returns and refunds.
